Hi, I'm Paul. I'm delighted to be part of the team, where I enjoy working alongside such a friendly group of people. One of the things I value most about being here is the real sense of community—it truly feels like a place where everyone is appreciated and supported.

In my role, I'm always happy to lend a hand and support those around me. I believe in treating everyone as equals, which is the best advice I've ever been given and something I try to live by every day. Whether I'm solving practical problems or helping things run smoothly, I enjoy making a positive difference.

When I'm not at work, you'll usually find me in the garden, tackling a woodworking project, or building bicycles. I can't really live without my power tools—they're never far away! I also like to keep people smiling and have been known to play the occasional practical joke.

If I could have any superpower, it would be reading people's minds (it would certainly make life interesting!). If karaoke is on the agenda, you'll find me singing In the Air Tonight by Phil Collins. My dream holiday is Miami—although I'll have to conquer my fear of flying first! And if I could only eat one meal for the rest of my life, it would have to be korma bolognese.
