Knit & Natter


Come and spend a relaxing afternoon knitting, meeting new people, and having a natter! 
  • Every Thursday between 1.30pm – 3.30pm

Healthy Hips & Hearts


Exercise based on and around a chair. It will help you with normal day-to-day activities such as shopping, walking, getting in and out of a chair. 
  • Wednesdays at 11am & Fridays at 1.30pm (1 hour class)
  • £1 (includes a cup of tea or coffee after the session)

Strength & Cardio for Older Adults

Join us for an exercise class using body weight & kettlebells to help build strength and improve cardio fitness. A friendly class aimed at the over 60s, suited to all abilities- beginners welcome!

  • Mondays at 11am-12pm
  • £10 pay as you go

University of the Third Age


Hale and District U3A (University of the Third Age) offer groups such as Science, Bridge, Table Tennis, Art class, IT  and French.
  • Membership (currently £15 a year) is required.
