Hi, I'm Anna. I'm part of the team, helping people access services and providing practical and emotional support. I work closely with community organisations to connect people with the help they need, and I love being able to make a real difference in someone's life. The best part of my job is knowing I've had a positive impact and going home at the end of the day feeling that I've helped someone.

When I'm not at the Hub, you'll usually find me back in Altrincham at the ice rink! I also love exploring new places with our slightly crazy Labradoodle, Zelda, spending time in my favourite place in the Lake District, trying to tick off another Ethel in the Peak District, or catching up with friends over a good coffee.

One thing I can't live without (apart from my phone) is my trusty Filofax—I think I'm still a little stuck in the '80s and '90s! If I could have any superpower, it would be clicking my fingers to tidy the house like Mary Poppins. If I were a crayon, I'd definitely be yellow: bright, cheerful, and just like my favourite flowers, sunflowers.

A fun fact about me is that I once dived with sharks… although it didn't end quite as planned! My dream adventure is to travel the North Coast 500 in a camper van, and if I could only eat one meal forever, it would be a toss-up between Jenny's famous 14-ingredient salad and an unagi teriyaki salmon poke bowl.
