Health @ The Hub
Whether it be physical fitness, or mental and emotional wellbeing, we have a range of activities and groups to help support both mind and body...
Activities run by the Hub team of staff & volunteers...
Healthy Hips & Hearts*

Wednesdays and Fridays at 1.30pm

Contact the Hub office on 0161 941 2018 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Aa a safe community group we use creative tools (writing, drawing, sticking...) to help you unpack your story and own it. We help to bring healing where it is needed and cultivate a sense of gratitude for what we are receiving. Beyond that we have become a community who, by sharing our story and life-journey, are seeking to bring peace to ourselves and our relationships with others, as we support each other on our spiritual journey.
Currently meeting online fortnightly on Wednesdays
Contact Isabelle Djossou via the Hub office on email@example.com or 0161 941 2018
